Psychosocial Support
Support and accompany small farmers to conserve the land and live in dignity. This task involves analyzing and working on each of the factors that make up and affect the small producer.
Without this social component, the activities would be reduced to agricultural practices and products of the same activity, moving away every day from the real objective that is the transformation of the small farmers' lifes.
After the approach with the community, we explore their abilities and generate spaces to dream and to create.
Finally, we will form leaders who will be guardians of their families, the community and the land.
Circular Agriculture
We have adopted the concept of circular agriculture as a sustainable practice that has as its principle good practices with land, crop rotation, eliminating the monoculture model and also food sovereignty for the community.
This practice raises the awareness of the producer about the conservation of the land and builds routes that dignify his life and his economic situation.

Commerce of Products
Through the social brand Tres Monos, the Foundation presents different products of the small farmer in allied networks and to multiple buyers. The products comply with sustainable guidelines, preserve and protect the land. The greatest benefit is always directed to the producer.
Our task is to promote through multiple strategies the direct connection between producer and consumer, continuous monitoring, evaluation and follow-up.
The foundation finds in these three pillars (Psychosocial Support, Circular Agriculture and Equitable Trade) the appropriate route to transform through education the small Colombian farmer and dignify his life.
